Vacant property inspections
Vacant property inspections are an excellent measure for sites that do not have the need or justification for more extensive security measures and are at a low risk. These inspections are carried out by the GRC team at a variable interval based on our clients’ requirements.
Completing a visual inspection of the perimeter and interior of a property, the GRC team checks for & compiles a report detailing the below:
- Property damage
- Status of existing security measures
- Signs of trespass or occupation
- Meter readings
- Status of electrical, heating and water systems on site
- Access control
- General upkeep of the site
These reports are detailed and include images of any issues along with recommendations for actions if any are required.
The GRC team would also hold a set of keys & combinations for any site being covered and can provide supervised access to contractors or visitors as required.
